Onex shoes were the labor of love of Onnik Kouyoumdjian, an
European immigrant who had managed to prove his considerable
shoe crafting skills by building the Onex brand into a
footwear brand synonymous with fine craftsmanship and
outstanding comfort. The untimely demise of Onnik, its founder
and visionary extraordinaire, in 1991, did little to hamper
the momentum of Onex achieving further success and becoming a
nationally acclaimed brand.
Today, although Onex women's shoes come in a great variety of
